What Responder Atlas is

Responder Atlas is the fire and dispatch product from 3J Systems, partnered with LEMS. It is for fire departments and dispatch centers. It is not a public citizen app.

Plans and prices

Standard is $39.99 per month or $399.99 per year. Pro is $69.99 per month or $699.99 per year. Pro adds AI suggestions for incident notes, pre-plans, hydrant import cleanup, ISO drafts, training quizzes, and dispatch search. Those Pro features have a monthly allowance of 200 suggestions and are separate from Ask for help. There is no free public map plan.

Billing by invoice

Departments pay by invoice from 3J Systems LLC. The site does not charge a card. Ask for a quote from Pricing or Get started. Nothing is charged when you send the form.

Sign up a department

A department starts from Get started and requests an invoice. Choose Standard or Pro. A person at 3J Systems follows up. Businesses do not create their own login. A department invites a business when it wants that business to register AEDs.

Sign in and two-factor

Sign in with email and password, then the 6-digit code from an authenticator app. Forgot password is on the sign-in page. The reset link expires in 60 minutes. You still need the two-factor code after a reset.

Security

Every account uses a password and two-factor sign-in. Forms use a security token. Uploaded photos are limited to JPG, PNG, or WebP under 5 MB. API keys stay in the server environment and are never written into the help library or the page.

Department data separation

Each department sees only its own hydrants, AEDs, pre-plans, and help facts. Ask for help cannot read another department. If you ask about a different department, the answer is that this assistant does not know and will not guess.

Ask for help

Ask for help is on every page. It answers from these articles and, when you are signed in, from your own department counts. It streams the answer. Thumbs down flags the answer for the platform owner. If a provider key is not set, you still get these articles and the contact form.

Talk to a person

Choose Talk to a person, or ask to talk to a person. That creates a request for the platform owner with your name, department, page, and transcript. Your request has been sent to our team. It may take up to 24 hours to get a response.

No public citizen access

Responder Atlas does not offer a citizen map subscription. Public map sign-up is closed. Existing map-subscriber accounts are deactivated, not deleted, and can be restored from the migration log.

Privacy

Department records stay with that department. Help transcripts are stored only when you send them to the team. The public marketing pages use sample pins, not live department data.
